O čemu to govori naš acarya, osnivač-acarya, glavni šikša guru svih članova ISKCON-a?
Čitajući Bhagavatam naišla sam danas na onu poznatu, kontroverznu Prabhupadinu izjavu u komentaru na 4.25.41: „Iako zakon zabranjuje silovanje, činjenica je da žena voli muškarca koji je vješt u silovanju.“ (!)
Sjećam se nekih dama koje su, čuvši da je negdje Prabhupada tako nešto rekao, brzo posumnjale u njegovo rasuđivanje i ubrzo mu okrenule leđa, nakon što su prethodno par mjeseci provele u potrazi za Krišnom uz pomoć njegovih knjiga. Većina vas koji sad ovo čitate najvjerojatnije nije ni znala da je Prabhupada ikada tako nešto rekao, zar ne?

Zar je osoba koja nam je donijela vijesti o Krišni, o našoj pravoj duhovnoj prirodi i o našem odnosu s Krišnom te nas upoznala s postupkom ponovnog zaljubljivanja u Njega – nekakav čudak, sadist, muški šovinist ili nešto četvrto, jednako grozno?
Naravno da nije, opustite se, sve je u redu. Gore navedena izjava o silovanju nalazi se usred (jedne od rijetkih u Bhagavatamu) alegorijske priče o kralju Puranjani koji u šumi nailazi na lijepu djevu bez supruga i počinje joj se udvarati. U rečenici prije ove kontroverzne Prabhupada piše, „Muškarac je uvijek na glasu zbog te agresije prema prekrasnoj ženi, a to se ponekad smatra silovanjem.“ Agresija (aggression, engl.) o kojoj se govori može se prevesti i kao napad. Obratimo li pozornost na događaje opisane u prethodnim stihovima, nigdje nećemo pročitati da je Puranjana napao djevojku, koristio silu ili bio grub prema njoj. Jednostavno ga je dotična privukla, rekli bismo zavrtjela mu glavom svojom pojavom, i kralj joj se počeo udvarati. O tome acarya piše i u komentaru na 32. stih istog poglavlja, kojim Narada Muni završava opis Puranjaninog obraćanja djevojci: „Iz ovog događaja možemo razumijeti da, kada je muškarac agresivan i počinje se udvarati ženi, to ženu privuče.“
Dakle, nema tu govora ni o kakvoj sili i nasilju. Jednostavno se radi o tome da je muškarac napravio prvi korak, pristupio joj, upotrijebio svu svoju slatkorječivost i time ženu zainteresirao za sebe. Naravno, to neće uspjeti sa svakom ženom kao što pokazuje priča o Ravani i Vedavati, npr. Ali, ako je dotična u potrazi za mužem, a konkretna muškaračeva pojava joj nije odbojna, njegovo će udvaranje (tzv. napad odnosno agresiju) dočekati sa zadovoljstvom, što će kraljica iz priče izraziti u 42. stihu, „…Ti zapravo, svojim privlačnim osmijehom i agresivnom milošću, otklanjaš nesreću žena bez muža kao što sam ja….“
Zamislite situaciju (ili se je sjetite) gdje odnos tek nastaje, nagovještaji su u zraku, u želucu se stislo, kemija se uzburkala… On pokušava doći bliže, izmamiti koji poljubac možda (ili nešto više), a ona, iako je za, ipak kaže „Ne!“ i odguruje ga, ali ne previše odlučno. To ‘ne’ služi samo da poveća njegovu želju i uljepša cijeli događaj, a nije stvarno odbijanje. (Isti scenario možemo naći i u Krišninim zabavama s gopijama, Radharani poglavito.) Ako muškarac taj ‘ne’ shvati kao konačnu djevojčinu odluku i odustane – hoće li ona biti zadovoljna? Naravno da neće! Muškarčevo ponašanje u takvoj situaciji Prabhupada opisuje kao agresiju i silovanje, iako se zapravo sve odvija u skladu sa željama oba sudionika u (nastajućem) ljubavnom odnosu.
Odakle mi to objašnjenje? Većim dijelom od Purancandre Gosvamija, dok je još hodao među nama, kao odgovor jednoj od onih dama s početka teksta kojoj sam prevodila njegove riječi.
POUKA priče: Šastre valja proučavati uz vodstvo gurua i sadhua. Inače će nam naš plodan um podvaliti novu ispriku da još jednom Krišni i Njegovim povjerljivim slugama okrenemo leđa.
